Askews Legal LLP is a regional full-service law firm based in Coventry, founded in 2013. Since 2019, the firm has been working with EBY to enhance its market presence and drive business growth. Over the years, Askews Legal LLP has established itself as a reputable legal service provider, but the leadership team had ambitions to expand its regional influence and significantly grow its client base.
CHALLENGE
Askews approached EBY with bold growth plans, aiming to transform the firm from a relatively small business into a prominent regional player. However, they faced several challenges; including the lack of internal marketing resource, limited existing content and low brand awareness in the sector.
Additionally, the practicalities of resource availability meant that any proposed strategy needed to be sustainable and impactful in the long term. Askews needed a comprehensive plan that would address these challenges and lay the groundwork for future growth.
SOLUTION

The ongoing growth of the business has also enabled Askews to expand its physical presence by acquiring two established firms, bringing the total number of offices to three, with over 150 employees.
