CHALLENGE
Debt-Claims was launching a new website in a very competitive market and wanted to grow traffic organically. It needed to attract visitors to the website, but content was limited, as was the number of backlinks and the website’s presence overall.
The challenge was to drive visitors to the website and into the CRM system where they would enter the lead nurturing sequences.
SOLUTION
The solution was to focus on organic growth rather than paid for activity, which involved a new and strategic approach to content creation.
EBY began the search engine optimisation (SEO) process with in-depth keyword research, including competitor analysis and customer behaviours to identify the key terms which Debt-Claims had the potential to rank for.
New engaging and authoritative content was created around those key terms which would answer the queries and solutions of potential customers searching online. This was supported by a backlink strategy to increase the number of credible links to the Debt-Claims website.
After interrogating the site’s analytics, changes were made to improve the user journey, including new forms and new calls to action.
RESULTS
For a young website, growth has been strong with an increase in inbound traffic of more than 300%. The Debt-Claims SEO position has also improved to the extent that 25% of tracked keywords have now moved to page one of search engine results.
There has also been an increase in those all-important leads coming in through the CRM system. The company is now building a contact list that is growing by more than 25% month on month.
