Business planning during the current climate is a challenge everyone has been experiencing. Rather than go silent, REHAU approached us to develop and deliver a flexible and scalable plan of activity to not only stay in touch with its employees, but also add value to them and its client base in an environment where each individual situation has its own unique challenges.

A key component of our activity focused on internal communications, an often neglected part of any marketing mix, but one which has taken on a significant role during this time. From newsletters to internal signage and emailers to customer advice, we have helped to ensure that both colleagues and customers have remained informed, motivated and safe.

This has also extended, most notably, to the delivery of a series of online CPD education events, which we managed from beginning to end – from branding and creation of the platform, the promotion of the event to maximise attendees – right down to directing, recording, reporting and publishing. Even creating an easy to use guide to allow users / attendees to be confident in using the platform to ensure participants got the most from each event.

    Framing Treasured Moments

    From Framing Treasured Moments – to Engineering Progress – with a little Enhancing Lives thrown in for good measure. Our relationship with REHAU continues to blossom.

    Having Created a compelling product brand experience for REHAU, our next task as lead creative agency has been a big one… Roll out the new corporate identity across all communications both internally and externally, and not only for the windows division, but for the other divisions within the group – building and furniture.

    This work includes the complete strategic creation of a new suite of brochures, social media elements, videos, POS, posters, press advertising, websites and sales displays to name a few, and is continuing gather pace as more and more elements are added to the mix.

    We had to make sure that a highly strategic and mapped out approach was adopted from the outset in order to ensure that the best possible results were achieved. Especially given the diverse nature of the REHAU customer chain.

    We continue to work closely with all project stakeholders across Marketing, Product and Sales teams, as well as continuing to carry out our own industry research to unsure that we are always delivering value.
