Terms and Conditions

• To qualify, potential customer’s email and phone number must be provided.
• £50 gift card will be sent following settlement of the first invoice for paid work, with a value over £500.
• Gift card choices are John Lewis, Amazon or Sainsburys.
• Gift card will be sent within 30 days of settlement.
• If selected a donation of £50 will be made to Mind’s Blue Light Programme within 30 days of invoice settlement.
• One “thank you” gift card referrer per new customer.
• In the event of multiple referrals, the first referral will take precedence.
• Any potential new customer already in contact with EBY will be ineligible and the referrer will be notified.
• Any existing customers have paid for work in the preceding 36 months with be ineligible.
• Meeting and settlement of invoice must take place with 12-month period.
• There is no limit to the amount of potential new customers any individual referrer can refer.
• In the event of any disputes regarding any referred company/organisation, the decision of EBY Design Ltd is final.
