The Joint Emergency Services Interoperability Programme (JESIP) was established in 2012 to ensure excellence and best practice in multi-agency responsiveness to incidents.

After developing its new website, we took its ‘working together’ ethos to heart and created the JESIP App. Available to download for free on all Apple, Android and Windows-based devices, mobile phones and tablets, the App was created as a more sustainable tool to reach the many thousands of staff involved in emergency response, by providing them with essential reminders about the five principles of joint working and the Joint Decision Model.

Since its launch in 2015, the App has had almost 100,000 downloads and we continue to add more functionality.

In 2019, we integrated what3words map functionality into the App, a form of geocoding allowing the user to pinpoint certain locations by 3 words that are easy to say and share, will never change and are as accurate as GPS coordinates.

More recently, in 2021 we have created multi-language versions of the App, increasing its capability further.

“EBY feel like a part of the emergency services family.  We have been working with them for many years on various marketing projects. They always manage to achieve that great balance between being an amazing creative talent and solid pragmatic thinkers who don’t miss a trick when the pressure is on.”
