    Ensuring exhibitions deliver a return on investment

    BACKGROUND

    REHAU are a leading systems and service provider for polymer-based solutions in construction, automotive and industry.

    We have been working with REHAU as chief guardians of the brand and lead retained agency since 2018. We work across three main arms of the business: window solutions, building solutions and furniture solutions.

    CHALLENGE

    REHAU take a large bespoke stand at the biennial KBB (kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms) exhibition at the NEC.

    As Europe’s leading KBB trade event, and the main showcase opportunity for REHAU in this sector, an show-stopping stand was required.

    The stand needed to show products in context in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom settings, with a seamless link between each area.

    It had to entice visitors, who would be able to engage with new and existing product ranges. The stand also needed to maximise return on investment through an increase in the number of enquiries and orders.

    SOLUTION

    We looked after the design, build and logistics of the KBB exhibition stand as part of our ongoing services as lead creative agency for REHAU.

    Exhibiting at the event represents a significant opportunity for REHAU, but this relies heavily on an eye-catching and engaging design, that succeeds in raising awareness of the brand and generating leads.

    We created the stand through months of intricate planning and design. This included a striking visual concept, a carefully considered layout to draw visitors in and inch-perfect product placement.

    We managed the entire process from the initial concepts through to build and breakdown. We were also on hand at all times to react to any last-minute changes in products, leaving the REHAU team free to focus on networking and sales.

    RESULTS

    The result was a stunning and eye-catching exhibition space, which attracted a huge increase in the number of visitors during the four days of the exhibition versus previous years. The target of 250 leads for the entire show was exceeded by the end of the first day alone. This was matched by an increase in orders taken, generating a tangible income.

    The financial results were complemented by some fantastic brand recognition, with great comments from visitors and excellent reviews in trades press.
