    Jonathan Lee Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultant, based in the West Midlands. They work in partnership with global engineering clients, across a range of specialist sectors, including automotive, energy and agritech.

    CHALLENGE

    With a business focus on two key sectors, energy and agritech, Jonathan Lee briefed EBY develop a content calendar to support the generation of relevant content, which would increase the awareness of their offer to each of the industry sectors.

    SOLUTION

    With the brief objective being to communicate Jonathan Lee Recruitment’s presence in the energy and agritech sectors, our initial step was a deep dive to develop an understanding of the respective audiences and media landscapes. This crucial research phase enabled us to pinpoint the current hot topics and driving forces behind the decision-making process of industry leaders as well as identifying the key messages we need to communicate from Jonathan Lee.

    Armed with these insights and further intelligence gleaned from keyword research, we crafted a dynamic campaign calendar, aligning Jonathan Lee’s business goals with the challenges faced by each sector. Central to our strategy was the creation of compelling blog content. This comprised of robust ‘pillar’ articles showcasing Jonathan Lee’s expertise and experience in both energy and agritech.
